• Meeting facilitation to guide the group towards a successful outcome through broad participation, making suggestions and challenging conclusions where appropriate
• Summary report which describes the meeting discussion, agreements reached, actions to be initiated, timeframes and responsibility assignments
• Follow up to answer questions and assure your satisfaction
